Updating your phone number
Learn how to update your phone number.
You must keep your mobile phone number current in case you forget your password and for authentication. If you forget your password, Digital River can use this information to recover it.
To update or change your trusted mobile phone number for account recovery, click your user name in the upper-right corner and click Profile settings on the drop-down menu to open the Profile settings page. Scroll down to the SMS setting in the Account security section and verify that this setting is enabled.
Complete the required information:
Select your country from the Country drop-down list.
Enter your mobile number in the Mobile phone number field.
Type your password in the Password field if it is not already there. To keep your account secure, enter your password to re-authenticate your login.
Click Change phone number.
