Sales summaries provide an overview of aggregated sales transactions within a specific period. They offer essential information such as closing date, payer ID and name, and total sales amount. Reviewing sales summaries helps one understand the consolidated performance, ensuring accurate and timely payouts.
Click the Information icon to open a list of column descriptions.
Amount: The amount of the sales summary.
Payout ID: The ID associated with the payment (if Digital River issued a payment).
Payee name: Your business entity selling to Digital River.
Payee ID: The ID of your business entity selling to Digital River.
Payer name: The Digital River entity buying from you.
Payer ID: The Digital River business entity's ID buying from you.
Closing date: The date when the purchase and sale transaction is complete.
Summary ID: The ID associated with the sales summary.
Click the Refresh icon to update the list.
To use the filter tool for this report, click the Filter icon at the top of the report page. Then, select the criteria you want to apply from the drop-down menus. You can filter by payee ID, payee name, payer ID, payee name, and date range. After selecting your criteria, click Apply to update the report with the filtered data. Use the Export as CSV tool to export the report as a JSON or CSV file. For more information., see Exporting your sales summary.
