Generate refunds

Learn how create refunds using Digital River Prebuilt Checkout.

You can generate refunds using the Digital River Dashboard or by sending to Digital River directly.

The BigCommerce order status will be updated automatically when a refund is created and processed.

If the Digital River order is partially refunded, then

The BigCommerce order will be updated to "Partially refunded."

If the Digital River order is completely refunded, then

The BigCommerce order will be updated to "Refunded."

The refunded amount will be reflected in the order details of the BigCommerce application.
