Generate cancellations

Learn how to work with cancellations using Digital River Prebuilt Checkout.

Cancellations are generated using the Digital River Dashboard or by sending Fulfillment Requests directly to the Digital River API.

When a refund is created and processed, the BigCommerce order status is updated automatically.

Digital River Order State	BigCommerce Order State
If the Digital River order is cancelled then	The BigCommerce order will be updated to "Cancelled."

The order cancellation is reflected in the order details of the BigCommerce application.
