You can generate cancellations using the Digital River Dashboard or by sending directly to the Digital River API.
When a refund is created and processed, the BigCommerce order status is updated automatically.

If the Digital River order is cancelled then
The BigCommerce order will be updated to "Cancelled."
The order cancellation is reflected in the order details of the BigCommerce application.
