Have a problem? We can help!

Contact the installing System Integrator or Partner for any errors, issues, or defects with your implementation of the Digital River commercetools integration. 

If you have a defect with the app's functionality, send an email to [commercetools-Integration@digitalriver.com](mailto:commeretools-Integration@digtialriver.com). Please include the following information:

* System Integrator or Partner’s contact information
* A description of the issue (with a transaction ID if it is available)
* Detailed reproduction steps
