Hey there, we've recently made some exciting improvements and updates to the Digital River Adobe Commerce Extension to improve your eCommerce experience. Here's what we've done:

• Migrated the Digital River Tax Code product attributes from select fields to input fields.

• Updated the Digital River Footer to depend on the shipping address rather than the site's locale.

• Added Item Breadcrumbs and Description of Digital River product attributes for cross-border item classification.

• Added validation so that an organization name is required for business purchases.

• Added support for Digital River Global Logistics shipping and tracking information.

• Added postal code validation and improved error handling within the checkout process.

• Added the Digital River Global Returns feature.

  • When the Digital River extension is disabled, users won’t see DR Payment as a payment choice. Users also won’t see any DR-specific fields, compliances, and links.

  • When the Digital River extension is disabled, an administrator cannot add DR configurations to products (even if the product was created while DR is enabled).

  • When the Digital River extension is disabled, no DR API calls or js files are processed.
