Configure global returns

Learn how to configure global returns.

If you use Digital River’s Global Returns feature, you can enable your shoppers' access to the global returns portal by enabling the “Enable Digital River Return Service” site preference.

If you have enabled this feature, a return link appears on the shopper’s Order Detail page once the order has been fulfilled. The shopper can then use the link to initiate a return through the self-service portal.
