DR util component

Learn how to use the DR Util component.

The drb2b_drUtil is a component with no UI. This component reloads the drb2b_addressDetails, drb2b_checkoutSummary, drb2b_drCompliance components and get the latest values. When you load this component, it triggers an event (CALCULATE_TAX) to reload the drb2b_addressDetails, drb2b_checkoutSummary, drb2b_drCompliance components.
