If you believe there is a defect with the core functionality offered by the app, send an email to sapcommerce@digitalriver.com. Include your:

• System Integrator/Partner’s information

• A description of the issue you are experiencing (with a transaction id if possible)

• Detailed reproduction steps.

Digital product support

To enable support for a digital product, we changed the checkout flow by extending the MultiStepCheckoutController.java and addCheckoutStepsToModel() methods in various checkout steps controllers. This app treats products marked as Digital in the DRProductType attribute of product configuration as a Digital River Product.
