Mapping custom fields (LWR only)

Currently, the Digital River connector uses a custom Cart to Order process. Because of this, mapping custom fields from "Cart to Order and Order Summary" and from "Cart Item to Order Product and Order Product Summary" requires a flow to Support.

Digital River provides sample flows to map custom fields. Reach out to your Digital River project team for starter flows and instructions for updating them.
