Learn how to add a tax certificate.

Use the Salesforce Lightning app to add tax certificates.

Add the tax certificate

To add a tax certificate:

1. Click Tax Certificates in the right navigation panel.

2. Click Manage Tax Exemption.

3. Complete required fields in the Tax Exemption Details screen and click Upload Files to upload your certificate.

4. Click Submit. A successful tax certificate creation message appears.
