If you believe there is a defect with the core functionality offered by the App, send an email to <salesforce@digitalriver.com> with your:

* Salesforce install URL
* System Integrator/Partner’s information
* A description of the issue you are experiencing (with a transaction ID if possible), and detailed reproduction steps
